Nicole Arruda – Drew Doughty
Hockey players have managed to find the most success in staying with their highschool sweethearts. Alternate captain for the Los Angeles Kings, Drew Doughty met his now-wife — Nicole Arruda — in high school and managed to overcome all the difficulties life threw their way.
Despite spending most of their time in LA due to Drew’s job, their Canadian roots drew them home for their wedding. Doughty credits his wife for making fatherhood feel easy and making defeats seem like wins when he comes home. The couple has two children, a three-year-old as well as a one-year-old.
Erin Andrews – Jarret Stoll
What happens when you start to fall for one of the people you’re covering for your job? That was the exact situation ESPN sportscaster, Erin Andrews, found herself in when she started dating Jarret Stoll — former Los Angeles King and New York Rangers NHL player.
Erin Andrews started as a correspondent before joining ESPN full time in 2004. She later moved to Fox Sports in 2012 and has become the lead sideline reporter for Fox’s NFL broadcasting team. In 2010, she placed third in ABC’s Dancing With the Stars. Stoll and Andrews got engaged in 2016 and were married in 2017.
Carrie Underwood – Mike Fisher
Carrie Underwood is one of the best-known artists of all time, and it’s sometimes easy to forget that she’s married to Mike Fisher, the former player of Ottawa Senators and Nashville Predators. Underwood first found fame on the singing competition reality show, American Idol, after she won the 2005 series.
Underwood and Fisher first met after Underwood’s bassist, Mark Childers, arranged for the hockey stud to come backstage during one of Carrie’s meet-and-greets. In December 2009, they got engaged and married eight months later. The couple has two sons, Isaiah Michael Fisher and Jacob Bryan Fisher, and their marriage is stronger than ever!
Anastasia Shubskaya – Alexander Ovechkin
Alexander Ovechkin’s wife — Nastya Shubskaya — is the daughter of actress and director, Vera Glagogeva, and shipbuilding entrepreneur Kirill Shubskiy. Ovechkin and Shubskaya found out that they were meant to be together quickly, as the couple got engaged in 2015 after only a few months together.
The couple were married the following year in 2016 in a “small private wedding” in Ovechkin’s home country of Russia and announced it on social media saying, “This is happiness.” In 2018, the couple welcomed their first-born, Sergei. Their second son, Ilya, came in May 2020.
Stephanie Bergeron – Patrice Bergeron
A couple who have managed to split their time between their two hometowns of Quebec and Boston are Patrice and Stephanie Bergeron. Stephanie is incredibly private with no known social media accounts, however, she is a graduate of Laval University, Quebec.
Stephanie and Patrice began dating in 2006 and tied the knot after the hockey season wrapped up in 2013. They first became parents to Zack in 2015, with Patrice playing a game against the Flyers just hours after his son’s birth. In 2017, they became a family of four when their daughter Victoria was born. Their third child, a boy, was born in 2018.
Angela Price – Carey Price
The price was right when these two lovebirds met. Carey Price is a Canadian goaltender for the Montreal Canadiens in the NHL, however, his wife Angela revealed when they first met, she knew very little about hockey. In fact, the first two times she visited Price at his games, he was sent off.
The Carey’s got married in 2016 and have moved to Kelowna, British Columbia to raise their family. The Carey’s have three children together — Liv (four years old), Mille (almost two years old), and Lincoln (born in October 2020). Angela runs a personal blog called By Angela where she showcases her life.
Christina Sirignano – Matt Murray
Matt Murray — the current goaltender for the Ottawa Senators — is married to his high school sweetheart, Christina Sirignano. Both Sirignano and Murray are from Thunder Bay, Ontario, and Sirignano has been incredibly supportive of Murray’s career since his beginning in the Ontario Hockey League.
The childhood sweethearts got married on June 20th, 2019, and currently reside in Ottawa after Murray was traded by his former team, Pittsburgh Penguins. In June 2020, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child in January 2021.
Lucy Cashin – Jake Gardiner
Jake Gardiner used to play for the Toronto Maple Leafs, although he now plays for the Carolina Hurricanes. He met Lucy Cashin — a fitness instructor, businesswoman, and social media influencer — in 2013. Four years later, Gardiner and Cashin tied the knot in July 2017.
In 2018, Gardiner and Cashin welcomed their first child to the world, Henry John. Despite Henry’s arrival coming a week earlier than expected, Gardiner said that both he and his wife had the support of close friends and family to help them adjust to parenthood.
Kristy Muscolino – Corey Crawford
In 2019, two-time Stanley Cup-winning goalkeeper Corey Crawford added a new piece of jewelry to his collection with the help of his past and present teammates from the Chicago Blackhawks — a wedding ring. Corey has been together with Kristy Muscolino, an Executive Fashion Assistant from Chicago, since 2016.
A year after they started dating, the pair welcomed a son called Cooper in 2017. In April 2020, Kristy and Corey announced to the world they had given birth to another baby boy called Camden Emery, now making them a happy family of four!
Emma Andersson – Henrik Zetterberg
This Swedish duo has been going strong for almost over a decade. Zetterberg started his NHL career in 2002 when he was drafted to play with the Detroit Red Wings. Andersson, however, is well-known in her own right as a popular Swedish television personality and singer.
The couple became engaged in 2008, before making their marriage official at a ceremony in Mölle, Sweden — close to Andersson’s hometown. They welcomed their first-born son, Love, in 2015. Following Zettterberg’s retirement from the NHL in 2018, the couple now resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with a summer home in Sweden.
Anna Kasterova – Evgeni Malkin
Anna Kasterova — originally from Russia — is a famous TV and media personality. Kasterova’s multiple appearances on television were what urged Evgeni Malkin to approach Kasterova in the first place. They began texting every six months for three years before they even met one another.
After a long-distance relationship, Kasterova and Malkin became engaged in 2015, just six months before Kasterova gave birth to their first son, Nikita. They married in May 2016 and Kasterova moved permanently to the US to begin a family. Kasterova is incredibly charitable, often visiting orphanages and giving away clothing.
Noureen DeWulf – Ryan Miller
Noureen DeWulf had a well-established career before meeting Ryan Miller, a current unrestricted free-agent in the NHL. DeWulf has starred in a number of films and TV shows and is best known as Lacey in the television series, Anger Management.
DeWulf married Ryan Miller in a ceremony in Vancouver in 2011. They welcomed their first child, Bodhu Ryan Miller, in 2015. DeWulf admitted to People that she spends a considerable amount of time in her car learning lines.
Susan Holder – Brent Burns
Brent Burns is a Canadian defenceman and alternate captain for the San Jose Sharks in the NHL. He began his professional hockey career in 2003 and married his long-term girlfriend, Susan Holder, in 2009. Holder is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and has previously worked for eBay.
The Holder-Burns family lives in the San Jose area, and Holder attends all of Burns’ games. In 2010, Holder delivered their first child, Peyton Gabriann Patrick — and in 2011, their second son, Jagger Stephen Patrick was born. They expanded their family by one in 2018 with the arrival of their baby daughter.
Sára Olivová – Petr Mrázek
The athletic power couple — Sára Olivová and Petr Mrázek — is next on our list. Mrázek currently plays at goaltender for the Carolina Hurricanes in the NHL and began his professional career in 2012.
Olivová holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University. She is also a professional beach volleyball player. Mrázek has called Olivová a “warrior” after undergoing a second knee surgery after playing for four months with a torn meniscus. The pair reportedly got married in a private wedding ceremony, and they spend their summers in Prague.
Ellie Ottaway – Roman Josi
Roman Josi, originally from Switerzland, is the current captain for the Nashville Predators. He previously played for his home country in the 2010 Winter Olympic Games and won a silver medal. Ellie Ottaway met Roman Josi in 2015, and they married in 2019.
Ellie Ottaway graduated from Belmont University in 2014 with a degree in Music Business. However, she decided to pursue a career in modeling after she secured shoots with brands such as Vinceo, ASOS, and Peixotowear Swimwear.
Jasmine Maggard – Cam Fowler
Cam Fowler and Jasmine Maggard’s relationship is one that could make the plotline of a romantic comedy. Fowler — an NHL defenceman for the Anaheim Ducks — and Jasmine Maggard met at a friend’s bonfire in high school. Maggard is originally from Michigan and attended Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor, and played soccer.
For their 10-year anniversary, Fowler proposed with the help of the couple’s Bernedoodle. In 2019, the couple got married in a ceremony with 179 guests in their hometown of Orchard Lake, Michigan.
Brenna McGuire – Brandon Dubinsky
Brandon Dubinsky began his professional career in ice hockey in 2004 and currently plays for the Columbus Blue Jackets. His wife, Brenna McGuire, is an American model who lived in the same Manhatten building as Dubkinsky before they met through mutual friends.
In 2011, Dubinsky proposed to McGuire in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula and they married a year later in 2012 in Palm Beach. Two years after their wedding, the couple had their first child, a son named Brady Charles.
Alexa DelGreco – John Gibson
Another couple who have shown promise since their childhood, John Gibson and Alexa DelGreco have known each other since they were in kindergarten. In fact, they even attended the same school until they were 14 years old! They lost touch after Gibson began his ice hockey career but soon reconnected.
After three and a half years together, Gibson asked Alexa to marry him in June 2016. Talking to the Daily Star, DelGreco said that when she reconnected with Gibson, the pair knew “very early” that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. Gibson had one momentous afternoon — not only did he sign an eight-year contract extension with the Ducks, but he also got hitched!
Kelly Williams – Justin Williams
Justin Williams, a three-time Stanley Cup winner, formerly played for a number of NHL teams including the Philadelphia Flyers, Carolina Hurricanes, and Los Angeles Kings. Justin married his fiancée, Kelly, in August 2006.
Justin and Kelly have two children together, son Jaxon who is currently 13, and Jade who is 10. The family resides in Cary, North Carolina. After Williams’ retirement from ice hockey, he has reportedly settled into the role of “dad” by attending school recitals, coaching sports teams, and helping out with homework.
Naomi Starr – David Krejčí
Krejčí is an extremely impressive NHL player, with two Winter Olympic performances under his belt for the Czech national team. He is currently the alternative captain for the Boston Bruins. Krejčí’s wife, Naomi Starr, is a native of Watertown Massachusetts. They began dating in 2009.
The couple got married in a ceremony in 2014. A year later in 2015, the couple had their first child, a daughter called Elina. In 2019, Starr gave birth to their son. It was reported that following the birth of his son, Krejčí left the hospital, took a nap, and then played a game in TD Gardens. Talk about dedication!
Ashley Groissaint – Matt Duchene
If you’re planning a wedding in the woods, you may want to take inspiration from Matt Duchene and Ashley Groissaint’s 2017 wedding. Taking place in the woods in Colorado, Duchene said “I do” to his bride after a seven-year relationship.
Not much is known about Groissaint before she met Matt Duchene, and it is, in fact, Duchene who keeps fans updated about their life together. In November 2020, Duchene took to Instagram to announce the birth of their daughter, Jaymes Olivia Duchene, saying that she was excited to meet her older brother, Beau.
Nicole Brown – Dustin Brown
Dustin Brown first found himself drafted into the NHL in 2003 by the Los Angeles Kings and has stayed with them as a right-winger ever since. Nicole and Dustin have been together since they were 15 years old and are often giving their earnings to different charities across the US.
Dustin and Nicole have three sons and one daughter together. Jacob Austin Brown, their eldest, was born in February 2008. In 2009, the couple welcomed Mason Brown, who arrived prematurely — and finally, the youngest son is Cooper Eilis Brown, who was born in 2011. Their daughter Mackenzie was born in 2013. Plenty of children to keep their hands full!
Gena Lee Nolin and Cale Hulse
Gena Lee Nolin has had a long and successful acting career before she settled down with former defenceman, Cale Hulse. Her acting debut was in 1994 with The Price Is Right, where she played one of Barker’s Beauties. In 1995, she landed her iconic role as Neely Capshaw in Baywatch.
In 2004, Nolin and Gibson got married in a ceremony in Arizona and subsequently had two children together — Hudson who was born in 2006, and Stella who was born in 2008. Hulse is now retired and can spend his free time with Nolin and his two doting children.
Donya Lehner – Robin Lehner
Hailing from Gothenburg, Sweden, Lehner is currently a player for the Vegas Golden Knights in the NHL after being drafted by the Ottawa Senators. As she posts infrequently to social media, not much is known about Robin’s wife, Donya Lehner.
Donya and Robin have been married since 2014 — with their first son, Lennox, arriving in October 2014 when Lehner was 23. In 2017, Donya gave birth to their daughter, Zoe. The Lehner’s are in the process of moving to Vegas after Robin agreed to a five-year $25 million contract with the Golden Knights.
Ksenia Vasilevskiy – Andrei Vasilevskiy
After a chance encounter, Andrei met his future wife, Ksenia, on a plane in 2009. Ksenia was returning home to Moscow, while Andrei was playing in the Russian Junior Hockey League. After exchanging information, they began to talk on social media and the rest is history.
At the age of 19, Andrei and Ksenia were married in 2014. Whilst living in New York — and not long after their wedding — the couple welcomed their first son, Lukas. Unfortunately, Lukas came early, and Ksenia gave birth while Andrei was still playing. He was told he had a son after the match. What a way to find out!
Petra Halák – Jaroslav Halák
Despite her husband’s fame as a goaltender for the Boston Bruins, not much is know about Jaroslav’s wife, Petra. Jaroslav Halák left his life as a free agent in 2018 to sign a two-year $5.5 million contract with the Boston Bruins, with a subsequent re-sign in May 2020.
Halák also played for his home country, Slovakia, during the 2010 Winter Olympics where he helped Slovakia achieve their highest ever placement at fourth. Petra and Jaroslav married in 2012, and have two children together — daughter Inna and son Nathan.
Véronique Larose – Marc-André Fleury
Current Vegas Golden Knights goaltender, Marc-André Fleury is married to Canadian beauty, Véronique. It is reported that when they were children, Marc-André and Véronique lived on the same street. After realizing they were a match made in heaven, Larose and Fleury married in 2012 in Montreal.
Véronique is the co-owner of Alex et Estelle — a clothing line aimed at children — alongside Catherine LaFlamme. Véronique and Marc-André now share two daughters and a son.
Brandi Bodnar – Braden Holtby
Vancouver Canucks goaltender, Braden Holtby, dated his now-wife for years before they got married. While much isn’t known about Brandi Bodnar, she’s quite active on social media and regularly posts updates of her children.
Braden and Brandi got married in 2013, and eventually made themselves a family of four after welcoming Benjamin Hunter and daughter Belle Scarlett into the world. In November 2020, Brandi successfully lobbied for her husband’s return to Canada after he was stopped at the US-Canada border without proper documentation for his two tortoises!
Julie Leshkevich – Justin Abdelkader
After being selected by the Detriot Red Wings in the 2005 NHL draft, Justin Abdelkader is making quite a name for himself in the ice hockey world. His wife, Julie Leshkevich, has previous experience as a teaching assistant and the couple met during their time at Michigan State University.
Abdelkader proposed to his longtime girlfriend at the Joe Louis Arena in downtown Detroit. In 2017, Leshkevich and Abdelkader said “I do” atop of the Detroit Opera House in front of their closest friends and family, and Leshkevich gave birth to their first child in September 2018.
Lucie Šafářová – Tomas Plekanec
Tomas Plekanec, a former player for Montreal Canadiens in the NHL, is currently living his best life playing as center for Kometa Brno of the Czech Extraliga. In 2017, he began a relationship with tennis superstar, Lucie Šafářová, who has won seven singles titles and fifteen doubles titles on the WTA Tour.
After she announced her retirement from the sport in 2019, she posted on Instagram letting fans know that she was pregnant with her first child with Plekanec. Their daughter, Lea, was born in December 2019. Lucie is now spending her retirement learning about the joys of motherhood.
Lauren Oshie – T.J. Oshie
Over his decade-long career, T.J. Oshie has played in over 700 NHL games for both the St. Louis Blues and Washington Capitals and subsequently helped the Capitals lift the Stanley Cup in 2018. Not only is he a successful player, but has an incredibly happy wife and family life.
Like most players on this list, Oshie met his now-wife in 2011 after meeting at college. After four years of dating, the couple tied the knot in 2015. The family now lives in McLean, Virginia, alongside their two daughters and one son. Lauren is a successful social media influencer with over 215,000 followers on Instagram.
Melissa Shouldice – Gabriel Landeskog
Gabriel Landeskog, a Swedish native, currently serves as captain of the Colorado Avalanche in the NHL. Like a lot of WAGs on this list, Melissa Shouldice keeps a low profile online. However, in an interview with Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, she revealed that she had a degree in psychology and an interest in design.
Landeskog and Shouldice got married at The Resort on Pelican Hill in New Port Beach, California in July 2018. After an injury, Landeskog got lucky as he was out of action when his wife gave birth to their daughter, Linnea Raw Landeskog, in November 2019.
Tatiana Chara – Zdeno Chara
The wives of NHL players are more than just a pretty face. Zdeno Chara is a professional Slovak hockey player and current defenceman free agent. He met his wife, Tatiana, in 1997 when she was working in Ottawa as an economics engineer. The two were together for 10 years before they decided to tie the knot in 2007.
In 2016, they decided to grow their family after spending eleven years married and welcomed twin boys, Zack and Ben. Zdeno has received his real estate license in Massachusetts, so that’s a possible career path once he retires.
Sydney Esiason – Matt Martin
Matt Martin was first drafted into the NHL in 2008 and is currently an unrestricted free agent. Martin’s wife, Sydney Esiason, has been in the spotlight ever since birth as she is the daughter of NFL legend and current WFAN host, Boomer Esiason.
Esiason has had a number of jobs including on-air digital host for the NHL and an anchor for Sports Illustrated, obviously keeping the love of sport alive. In March 2018, Martin and Esiason announced their engagement and were married the following year in June 2019. In July 2020, they welcomed their first child, Windsor Grace.
Ryanne Breton – Claude Giroux
You couldn’t have a list of NHL stars and their wives without Claude Giroux and Ryanne Breton. Giroux has been a true servant for the Philadelphia Flyers over the years. The forward has been captain for his team since 2013 and is still going strong until this very day.
His personal life only seems to get better and better too as in 2016, he became engaged to longtime girlfriend Ryanne Breton. They tied the knot two years later and a year later, they welcomed their first child into the world.
Liza Berg – Nicklas Backstrom
Another Swedish player who seems to be doing a great job in the NHL is Nicklas Backstrom. The professional center is a huge hit with the Washington Capitals. In 2006, he was selected as fourth overall in the NHL draft.
Things seem to be going well in the love department as he is living his best life with his fiance Liza Berg. Together the couple have three kids to their name, two daughters and a son. These days, the family live in a fancy pad in Arlington, Virginia.
Julianne Hough – Brooks Laich
This former couple just about makes it on this list as they had been an item up until recently! And sure, Brooks Laich, might not be playing anymore, but his contribution to the NHL shouldn’t go unnoticed. For while, he seemed to be happy alongside professional dancer Julianne Hough.
The Dancing with the Stars legend met Laich through a mutual friend back in 2014 and was engaged to him a year later. They tied the knot in 2017. As the years went on, the couple had an on-and-off relationship but Hough ultimately filed for divorce in November 2020.
Tess Annique – Sheldon Souray
There is no denying that Sheldon Souray has quite an eventful personal life, maybe even more eventful than his professional one! The former defenseman has been with a number of notable women in his life, having been married to former Baywatch star Angelica Bridges for five years.
Souray also had a pretty long relationship with former WWE star Barbara Blank, better known as Kelly Kelly! Hopeful it will be third time lucky for Sheldon as he has been engaged to model Tess Anique since August 2020.
Melinda Karlsson – Erik Karlsson
Another NHL star who has a pretty topsy turvy personal life is none other than Erik Karlsson. The San Jose Sharks defenseman has already been married twice in his life, having parted ways with his first wife Therese back in 2013. Four years later, Karlsson tied the knot with Melinda Currey.
But it hasn’t been an easy marriage so far for the couple. After some personal tragedies, the couple welcomed their daughter in 2019. The couple has also started the charity Can’t Dim My Light, which raises awareness about bullying in school.
Tabe Pfendsack – Joe Thornton
They don’t call him Jumbo Joe for nothing. Even into his 40s, Joe Thornton is still tearing it up on the NHL rinks, playing as a center for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Back in 2004, during the NHL lock-out, Thornton relocated to Switzerland and played there, becoming a naturalized citizen.
It was here that he met Tabea Pfendsack. Eventually, the two fell in love and tied the knot. They have also had two kids together, a son and a daughter.
Emmeli Lindkvist – Rickard Rakell
Currently signed to the Anaheim Ducks, winger Rickard Rakell seems to be doing just fine in the love department. The NHL star is currently in a relationship with fellow Swede Emmeli Lindkvist. Truth be told though, the couple spends a fair amount of time apart from one another as Emmeli travels back and forth to and from her home country to study.
Rakell’s girlfriend has a huge following on social media and the couple can often be seen taking selfies on Instagram.
Ines Dominc – Anze Kopitar
There aren’t that many Slovenians who play in the NHL but this doesn’t seem to bother Anze Kopitar. A center of the Los Angeles Kings, Kopitar made history in 2006 when he became the first player to ever play for the NHL who hailed from Slovenia.
A year prior to this record-breaking achievement, Anze met the love of his life – Ines Dominc, back in his home country. Fast forward eight years into the future and the couple finally tied the knot. Since then, they have two kids.
Elina Casell – Niklas Hjalmarsson
Arizona Coyotes defenseman Niklas Hjalmarsson has been a pretty stable relationship since 2013 with his fellow Swede, Elina Casell. The couple tied the knot that year and shortly after, they welcome their son in the world, Theo. As for Elina, she is a successful individual in her own right, having modeled a bunch back in Sweden.
Having lived in Chicago with Niklas for some time, Elina ended up launching her very own women’s and men’s fashion line, named after her.
Therese Andersson – Henrik Lundqvist
Even though he is approaching his 40s, Henrik Lundqvist is still going strong as the goaltender for the Washington Capitals. King Henrik, as he is known by his fans, had previously played for 15 seasons for the New York Rangers. Amazingly, he is the only goaltender ever to record 11 30-win seasons in his first 12.
His personal life is also worth writing home about. In the summer of 2011, the Swedish couple tied the knot and since then, they have welcomed two daughters in the world.
Amanda Grahovec – Patrick Kane
Truth be told, Patrick Kane has had a pretty checkered career so far. The right-winger for the Chicago Blackhawks has had his fair share of success, having won three Stanley Cups. However, he has also had a number of run-ins with the law, making him something of an NHL bad boy.
With that said, Kane seems to have a fairly stable persona life, having shacked up with girlfriend Amanda Grahovec in recent times. In November 2020, it was announced the couple had welcomed a son into the world.
Nathalie Asselin – Mario Lemieux
There is no denying that Pittsburgh Penguins legend Mario Lemieux is one of the most iconic NHL players of the last 30 years. The Magnificent One, as he is known in the rink, also has a pretty magnificent relationship. Back in 1993, Lemieux tied the knot with Nathalie Asselin and the couple have been live and kicking ever since.
They have built a big family together, welcoming four kids into the world. In fact, their son Austin also plays college hockey for Arizona State.
Sanna Grundberg – Victor Hedman
Another Swedish hockey player who has crossed over into the NHL is none other than Victor Hedman. The defenseman has had plenty of success with Tampa Bay Lightning over the years and is considered to be one of the best in his position.
Just recently, Hedman helped his team beat the Dallas Stars to lift the Stanley Cup. And it’s not just his professional life that is going swimmingly well. In July 2017, Hedman tied the knot with Sanna Grundberg.
Janet Jones – Wayne Gretzky
Even those of us who aren’t self-professed hockey lovers have heard of the name Wayne Gretzky. Arguably the greatest name the sport has ever produced, the Great One, as he is colloquially known has, has seemed to have done it all in the NHL, and beyond. And his personal life has also been a huge success.
When working as a judge on Dance Fever, Gretzky met actress Janet Jones. A few years later, the pair became a couple and tied the knot in July 1988. Canadian newspapers referred to the event as “The Royal Wedding.”
Sandra Porzio – Steven Stamkos

In 2016, the New Yorker Islanders welcomed their newest member, Andrew Ladd, after a successful 12-year career. Andrew married his wife, Brandy Johnson, in 2011. Brandy received her Doctorate of Optometry from The New England College of Optometry.
While Andrew played for the Winnipeg Jets, Brandy served as a board member for the Winnipeg Jets True North Foundation for five years — acting as a liaison between the foundation, and the wives and girlfriends. Brandy and Andrew currently have three children and run the Ladd Foundation, created to aid others.
Mathilda Jansson – Viktor Stålberg
Viktor Stålberg has played for a number of NHL teams over the course of his career including Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Rangers, and Chicago Blackhawks — with whom he won the Stanley Cup in 2013.
Mathilda and Viktor tied the knot in June 2018, and have since welcomed two beautiful children into the world. Stålberg often gushes over Jansson on his Instagram page, saying that the family “couldn’t have gotten luckier.” They now live in Switerzland and post jealousy-inducing photos on Instagram.
Lauren Kyle – Conner McDaid
There are no wedding bells just yet for Conner McDaid and longtime girlfriend, Lauren Kyle. However, their relationship reached a new height when Kyle designed McDaid’s new beautiful home. Kyle is an interior designer currently based in Toronto and Edmonton.

Both Tatar and his long-term girlfriend, Lucia Slaninkova, are extremely private and do not post about their relationship on social media.
Lucia Slaninkova is a Slovenian beauty pageant winner and was runner up in Miss Universe 2013. On her Instagram page, she has over 64,000 followers and posts about fashion, skincare, and makeup. They own a Pomeranian together called Lara, and she has an Instagram page of her own.
Kelly Tyson – Jacob Trouba
Jacob Trouba met his future wife, Kelly Tyson, on Halloween night 2012 in Ann Arbor, Michigan while at college. However, post-graduation, Tyson went to Australia for her master’s degree, and the couple broke up.
However, after Trobua visited Tyson in Sydney, the couple got back together. Currently, Tyson resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she is undergoing her medical degree and plans to do her residency in New York to be with Trobua. Trobua is supportive of his partner, saying that “her career is as important as my career.”
